Bio :
Jeff Cash is the Fire Chief of the City of Cherryville (North Carolina) Fire Department. The Cherryville Fire Department is a combination department located in the foothills of North Carolina. He is a twenty-eight year veteran of the Fire Service, serving through the ranks of the fire department. He has an Associate Degree in Fire Protection Technology. He is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s degree. Chief Cash is also enrolled in the National Fire Academy’s Executive Fire Officer Program. He holds the Designation (CFOD) from the Commission on Chief Officer Designation. He holds membership with the International Association of Fire Chiefs.
He is a Past President of the North Carolina State Firemen’s Association. He is the original founder of the North Carolina Fire Service Gateway Project. Chief Cash also serves as North Carolina’s State Director to the National Volunteer Fire Council, serving on the Executive Committee. He has also served as a North Carolina Fire Commission certified instructor for over twenty years. He has served multiple colleges throughout North Carolina as a continuing education and curriculum instructor. |
