SECTION 1.
Neither the Section, nor any officer, is authorized to contract for any obligation of the Section’s assets without the prior approval of the Executive Board as listed in Section 2 except as noted in Section 3.
SECTION 2.
All disbursements of funds of the Section, except as noted in Section 3, shall be approved prior to expenditure by a majority vote of the Chair, the Vice-Chair, the Secretary and the Treasurer (Executive Board).
SECTION 3.
The Chair or his/her designated representative shall be entitled to reimbursement of reasonable and customary expenses incurred in the performance of his/her duties on behalf of the Section.
SECTION 4.
The members of the Executive Board, except the Chair shall be entitled to reimbursement of reasonable and customary expenses incurred for the purpose of furthering the Section’s mission. Such expenses shall be limited to travel/transportation, lodging and meals. All expenses referred to in this Section are subject to Section 2.
