Bio :
Scott Kerwood, CFO, is currently the fire chief of Orange County Emergency Services District #1. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, Fire Protection and Safety, a Master's degree in Public Administration and is currently working on his Ph.D. in Public Policy Administration; Public Safety Management/Emergency Response Specialization . Kerwood is also an adjunct instructor at the National Fire Academy and holds the position of Secretary of the U.S. Branch of the Institute of Fire Engineers (IFE).
